    Returns / Exchanges

    How do I exchange/return my product?

    With Masterworks Warrior’s Guarantee, we understand that life happens. We stand behind everything we produce and sell.

    Items can be exchanged/returned within 60 days of purchase.  To make an exchange, please send back the item with the original invoice and indicate the size that you prefer.  We will email you once we receive it and put it back in production.  Your exchange will be sent out within 5-7 business days.

     We will email you once the item is received and the exchanged is processed. We will send the item to the provided address.

    Shipping information

    All of our products are created and produced here in Sacramento, CA, once your order is placed. It takes between 2-7 business days for any order to go through production before it is shipped out. PRE-ORDER/LIMITED TIME SPECIALS are available for purchase within the designated dates listed. Once the special is closed, the item will no longer be available for purchase and the item will be shipped out on the provided ship date.

    Depending on the product you order, you will be given both UPS ground and USPS priority shipping as options for shipping. We do deliver to P.O. boxes and APO addresses via USPS, however UPS DOES NOT ship to P.O. boxes. We also ship internationally but please keep in mind that both the shipping rates and shipping times will vary depending on your location.

    Also be mindful that import taxes vary from country to country. Please contact the customs department for the country you are having your package delivered to (international orders) if you have any concerns regarding customs/duty taxes. It is the responsibility of the recipient to pay any VAT taxes, duty/customs taxes on good purchased outside of the country that the package is being delivered to.

    Cancellation Policy

    You may request a cancellation any time before the pre-order is closed.  Any cancellations made after the CLOSED date will be provided a store credit for 50% of that item's cost. Any other items ordered that are not pre-order specials can be cancelled anytime before it is shipped.

    Limited Time Pre-order Specials

    My pre-order item has not shipped.

    Pre-ordered items are shipped out on the specified ship date.  Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that will give you a delivery date.

    Can I order Pre-order Special items after it has closed?

    Unfortunately, once a Pre-Order Special is closed, we cannot take any more orders for that design.

    Can I cancel my Pre-order?

    Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time before it closes.  Once the close date has passed, the item is already in production, we will provide you with a store credit for 50% of the item's cost.

    Normal Shipping

    When an order is placed, it usually takes between 2 to 7 business days from the date of purchase to ship out an order. If there is a pre-ordered item on the order, the order will not ship until the pre-ordered item is released and ready to ship. Be sure to check the pages with your items on it when ordering, so you don't miss the information stating the item or items are pre-ordered items.

     Will my shirt look exactly like what appears on my computer?

    All shirts are hand printed.  We do our best to keep what’s on our site in sync with what you receive. However, due to color schemes and changes made by personally owned computer screens, we cannot 100% guarantee colors of garment, colors of print, placement, or size of print to be exactly what you see online.

    What payment methods are accepted?

    We currently accept PayPal, Amazon Credit, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express. Your credit card statement will show MasterWorks Clothing as the charge.

    Can I pay by check/money order?

    Not at this time.

    What size should I buy?
    Please view the sizing page for approximate sizing of all of our garments. All garments inherently vary slightly in sizing from style to style.

    If I sign up for the email list, will I get spam?
    No, we value our customers' privacy and you will only be contacted by our company. We do not disclose customer information to any third parties or sell our customer lists.

     How should I care for my items?

    Due to the nature of the materials and washes we use to manufacture our unique garments, it is recommended to air dry items and wash each garment inside out on a gentle wash cycle. Some items are extremely delicate and should be dry cleaned only. Please refer to all wash instructions on each garment prior to washing.

    What does (Pre-order Only) mean?

    These are items that are not in stock yet and are available to preorder. This means that you can place your order and we will ship these items to you as soon as we do get them in stock.

    How secure is my credit card?

    Very Secure.  We strive to make your shopping experience as secure as possible. We use secure socket layer [SSL] protocol, the industry standard for ensuring the security of your electronic commerce transactions. SSL uses 256-bit encryption for all personal information in transit over the Internet, including your credit card number, name and address. This technology is designed to protect your information.
